Career Exploration Intro

Step One:
Administration of the Strong Interest Inventory®, an online career assessment tool which provides robust reporting on an individual’s areas of interest and related career options.  

Step Two:
Meeting to interpret the Strong assessment results, discuss occupational areas for investigation, and to discuss potential educational pathways to pursue the occupational areas of interest.

Career Exploration & Pursuit of Possibilities

Steps One and Two of the Career Exploration Intro plus the following:

Two follow-up meetings, timed to suit the client’s career exploration schedule, to pursue areas of interest. The meetings may focus on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to:

  • Exploration of post-secondary options
  • Research and Investigation of career choice, including information interview set up and preparation
  • Inventory of key qualifications required (e.g. academic, body of work, work experience) and identification of gaps.

Resume Development

Development of a professional resume highlighting key skills, knowledge and experience, tailored to suit the individual’s projected audience.  Includes:

  • Meeting to develop content
  • Delivery of a draft
  • Inclusion of edits and delivery of a final version

Resume & LinkedIn

Includes the services noted in the Resume Development package, as well as delivery of a customized LinkedIn framework to guide development of the individual’s LinkedIn profile.

Interview Coaching

I coach my clients for interview success. Conquer your nerves and feel fully prepared for your next employment interview. 

Interview Coaching

A two-hour session to prepare for a specific interview, or to work on interview skills more generally.  Includes:

  • Mock interview & debrief
  • Discussion of specific interview techniques
  • Candidate interviewing strategies

Interview Coaching & Video

Includes services noted in the Interview Coaching package as well as:

  • Video filming of mock interview
  • Delivery of video and detailed, written debrief of the interview
